This product is not eligible for returns due to colour variations, incorrect sizing, or change of mind once the item has been opened as this item is vacuum-sealed for shipping and will expand to its full size once opened. As it cannot be re-packaged after opening, returns are not possible.
Please be aware that colours may appear differently on screens due to variations in phone and monitor displays. While we use Pantone codes as a reference, slight colour differences can occur during printing and production.
We strongly recommend measuring your space carefully before purchasing to ensure the size is suitable for your needs.
Note: Once opened, it may take several days to fully expand back to its original shape. Deeper creases and uneven edges are to be expected and may take up to a week (or more) to naturally improve.

Thickness: 3cm thick, 35D (density), slow rebound memory foam core.
Pattern: A soft abstract geometric pattern consisting of light cool grey and ivory colourtones. Designed to look like a luxury area rug with the added benefits of a soft, thickly padded and easy-to-clean play surface.
Material: The outer surface is made from 100% Polyester, which allows for spills to pool on the surface and wipe clean easily. The warm, soft and luxurious surface is perfect for newborn babies and tummy time whilst the 3cm thick, 35D slow rebound memory foam core, provides the ultimate support for your little ones learning to crawl and take those first wobbly steps. It literally feels like walking on a cloud!
Please Note: Our plush play mats are stain-resistant but not stain-proof. To maintain their appearance, avoid contact with substances such as ink, permanent markers, paints, stain-prone foods, and acidic liquids, as these may cause permanent staining.
Like all rugs, some discoloration may occur over time due to foot traffic and daily use. We recommend regular vacuuming and prompt spot cleaning to keep your mat looking its best.
With proper care, your plush play mat will remain a beautiful — and incredibly comfortable — part of your home for years to come.
Wipe clean spills immediately using warm water and a soft damp cloth. For stubborn spills, use warm soapy water. Avoid using chemical based cleaning products.
- Vacuum dry spills on a regular basis.
- Avoid using ink, permanent markers, paints, foods prone to staining and acidic liquids.
- Avoid using sharp or hot objects.
- Dry flat in sun and ensure item is dry before storing away
- Do not bleach.
- Do not machine wash.
