GOOD TO KNOW:
Handmade variations: Each mat is individually made, so slight variations in dimensions and finish may occur. These are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered a fault.
Colour variations: Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Creasing: Some creasing is normal when your mat is first unfolded or after being stored. Creases should naturally soften with use and are not considered a fault.
Care Instructions
Quilted play mats are stain-resistant however not stain-proof so please be careful with ink, permanent markers, paints, foods prone to staining, and acidic liquids as these may leave permanent stains. While not waterproof (due to quilted stitching), the material is designed to resist minor spills—liquids will pool on the surface, allowing for quick cleanup. For best results, wipe spills immediately and allow the surface to air dry fully. Please refer to our Care Instructions below along with our FAQs for further tips.
Wipe clean spills immediatly using soapy water and a soft damp cloth. Avoid using baby wipes and chemical based cleaning products.
Avoid using ink, permanent markers, or acrylic paints as these may leave permanent marks.
Do not expose to direct sunlight as surface material can heat up.

Can I wash my play mat?
Unfortunately no! The quality of the play mat will be compromised and it would also cause damage to the washing machine. Simply wipe over spills with a damp cloth and leave out dry.
Can I use my play mat outside?
If using your mat outdoors, a little extra care is recommended. Avoid direct sunlight, as the surface can become warm, and always place your mat on a clean, smooth surface away from rocks, sticks, gravel or other sharp objects that may puncture or tear the material and cause permanent damage.
Are quilted play mats waterproof?

My play mat is creased, is this normal?
Yes, Creases will appear across the mat, especially if stored/folded regularly. This is a natural feature of the material and not a flaw.
