This product is not eligible for returns due to colour variations, incorrect sizing, or change of mind once the item has been opened as this item is vacuum-sealed for shipping and will expand to its full size once opened. As it cannot be re-packaged after opening, returns are not possible.
Please be aware that colours may appear differently on screens due to variations in phone and monitor displays. While we use Pantone codes as a reference, slight colour differences can occur during printing and production.
We strongly recommend measuring your space carefully before purchasing to ensure the size is suitable for your needs.
Note: Once opened, it may take several days to fully expand back to its original shape. Deeper creases and uneven edges are to be expected and may take up to a week (or more) to naturally improve.

Thickness: 3cm thick, 35D (density), slow rebound memory foam core.
Pattern: A soft, distressed geometric diamond pattern featuring a blend of soft ivory and stone grey with subtle charcoal detailing throughout. The gently distressed finish creates depth and texture while maintaining a light, airy feel. Designed to look like a luxury area rug with the added benefits of a soft, thickly padded and easy-to-clean play surface.
Material: The outer surface is made from 100% Polyester, which allows for spills to pool on the surface and wipe clean easily. The warm, soft and luxurious surface is perfect for newborn babies and tummy time whilst the 3cm thick, 35D slow rebound memory foam core, provides the ultimate support for your little ones learning to crawl and take those first wobbly steps. It literally feels like walking on a cloud!
Made from quality and sustainable materials. Our reversible padded play mats are hypoallergenic and odourless and do not contain any toxic substances such as BPA, formaldehyde, phthalates or any harmful heavy metal substances such as lead or mercury and are latex and PVC free. Our play mats are compliant with Australian & New Zealand AS/NZS ISO 8124 Toy Standards and European EN71(3) Toy Standards, making them a safe option for your little ones to play.

1. Ensure all packaging is removed and discarded correctly (keep the velcro straps as these are handy for rolling up your mat)
2. To avoid a tripping hazard, roll your mat out in the opposite direction. This will encourage the mat to relax and flatten creases.
3. Wipe over with a soft damp cloth with either water or soapy water and leave to dry.
- To avoid staining the surface, wipe clean immediately, using a soft damp cloth.
- Gently wipe over using water or warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
- Avoid using baby wipes and chemical based cleaning agents (this includes natural cleaning agents containing essential oils). Cleaning agents react with our play mats, causing long term damage / discoloration.
- Not recommended for outdoor use. High temperatures and direct sunlight will cause discoloration and deterioration of your play mat.
- Avoid using sharp or hot objects on your play mat (high heels, scissors, coffee cups and vacuums, etc).
- Avoid using ink/markers as these may leave permanent marks.
- Heavy furniture (eg, coffee table, chairs, couch) may cause permanent indentations.
- Not designed for pets
- Do not steam clean.
